These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bull999 platform. By registering an account or accessing any bull999 service, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and bull999 ("bull999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bull999.club. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the bull999 platform. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of associated balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. bull999 may require documentary evidence to verify your identity, address, age, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the period specified by bull999 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless transacted via USDT, which is processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. bull999 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.
bull999 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking infrastructure, or force majeure events outside our reasonable control.
bull999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods.

Games offered on bull999 are governed by the individual rules of each game as displayed within the gaming interface, as well as the general rules of the applicable game provider. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bull999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. bull999's total liability to any user in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bull999 makes no representation or warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk.

Upon termination for cause, any funds held in the account may be forfeited or returned after deduction of applicable costs at bull999's discretion. bull999 will provide written notice of the reason for closure where legally required to do so.
You may close your bull999 account at any time by contacting support. Any eligible balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of applicable identity verification checks.
bull999 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bull999 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address on file or by in-platform notification. The amended Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the bull999 platform. Your continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and request account closure.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bull999 is licensed and registered. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.
